So here's how it's all gone down so far:

I was held hostage at Rock County Jail for three months. While I was there I was in court 8 times, and 27 times total. I never threatened to "shoot utility workers" as the newspapers say. They saw a sign on my fence that in essence said "If you're my enemy and you cross this fence with intent to harm me your life is in danger. Friends -- disregard this notice." So what the paper said is a flat out lie. Defamation of character suit will be forthcoming. The cops were there when I got home so I never even spoke with the utility workers. As you can hear from the under siege videos, I "threatened to kill police" only after they threatened to force their way into my home without a warrant. They never stated their business, not once which is something the police have to do, otherwise we're China. That's what they are conditioning us for: Full-blown communism as many of you already know.

The only witnesses for the government in pre-trial were two cops. (see: article 61 of the magna carta) They both testified that they did not have a warrant and neither of them ever SAW a warrant. That means everything I did AFTER that point was lawful. The Supreme Court upheld resisting unlawful arrest over a dozen times. What I did was not a calculated decision. It was the same thing a rabbit in the woods does when he hears a gunshot! It was a typical "fight or flight" response. I was scared to death of people we're not supposed to fear! They are supposed to be public SERVANTS! The cops harassed me for over 45 minutes before they smashed out my window. They were asked twice to state their business but refused to do so. They would not let me go into my house. They said "We need to talk to you please step out of the vehicle." I replied "So go ahead and talk because I do not feel comfortable stepping out." This happened two times. In between I was sitting down the street videotaping them. They then pulled me over around the corner, after letting me drive away again and did what you saw in the video. I had no idea why they wanted me -- and since they were so shady I had fears of being thrown in a hole and never even seeing the inside of a court room. Captain Tyler was embarrassed by me in a recorded conversation the day before. From testimony I found out that it was CAPTAIN TYLER who put the meeting together, told the cops I was "armed and dangerous" and said go get him! As far as I'm concerned Captain Tyler is guilty of attempted murder! As for any alleged warrant -- it was for sending an EMAIL to my EX GIRLFRIEND -- regardless of what the email said -- it was FREE SPEECH. I did not even threaten any violence! Now tell me do we really want public servants smashing out people's windows over sending out nasty emails?

In court I asked Judge Daley "Is the State of Wisconsin a for-profit corporation?" he replied that it was a "government entity." I asked "Is it my government?" he then repeated himself. "Is it a republic?" he repeated himself again. "Is it a government 'of the people?'" ...to which he then stuttered and repeated himself again. I then stated "I'm guaranteed a republican form of government by article 4 section 4 of the constitution. Am I being charged with a crime?" He stated "It is self-evident whether or not you've been charged with a crime!" To any of my detractors I now ask you: If I had been charged with a crime why not make it CLEAR? Why not just say "YES!??" What I later deduced is that "self-evident" means "you know." Now you can translate the question. I now had FIRST HAND PROOF of the FRAUD!

My home was raided -- they stole everything of value -- all my computer equipment which contained a ton of incriminating evidence of the cops, deputies, court officials and such. There was over $5o,ooo in silver coins (at today's prices), about half of which was PyraBang's money I had taken out of cash and invested in silver (you now know why). The bail was set at $1o,ooo and they had STOLEN all of my MONEY! I repeatedly questioned why they would take the silver which was not on the search warrant which is illegal and unlawful! The prosecutor, Scott Dirks stated "I called Beloit Police Department and they said they do not have any silver in their possession." Two weeks later a list was released which included "assorted coins." A week later after my coins were released I told the judge the prosecutor had purposely lied in order to keep my bail money out of my possession and keep me in jail. The prosecutor then stated "I recall seeing a list and I do not recall silver being on it." That is very shady, very sleazy, and VERY CRIMINAL. The police department refused to release the video of the event -- the video that would have exonerated me and gotten 5 cops suspended and possibly up on criminal charges. The judge stated when asked why he couldn't order the police to produce the video "I can't order the police to do anything." I was horrified by this as it was obvious I was going down NO MATTER WHAT THE FACTS WERE.

I decided to skip town and lay low until the name could be cleared. I've now been able to dig deep enough to find remedy. Very soon I will be vindicated as I have discovered how to rebut the fraud (their "presumptions" of authority) and force these public servants to honor their oaths of office. The higher ups will be on the hot seat and as you know -- shit rolls downhill. It's time to find out if they want to be included in this outright conspiracy or not... or if they are prepared to do the right thing. There is no honor among thieves and very soon the truth is going to shine through. I gave Norman Jacobs multiple chances to make peace with me but now I'm afraid he will likely lose his job and quite possibly find himself up on federal charges.

The ballgame is just about over. I have done ALL I've done simply because I know now that we were born to be free in this country and all these statutes, acts and corporate entities are nothing but fraud being perpetrated on a once free people, for money... and money is the root of all evil.
