How do I get paid?
If you sign up Gold Members by midnight of the 23rd of the month, you are paid on the 1st of the coming month, and every 1st of the month thereafter. If you sign up sponsees after the 23rd of the month, you are paid on the 1st of the month thereafter, and so on.
Example: For Gold Members you signed up by midnight of June 23rd, you would be paid on July 1st.
Example: For Gold Members you signed up after June 23rd, you would be paid on August 1st.
You are paid a $5.00 bonus for each Gold Member you sponsor and a $0.50 commission on every Gold Member in your group that has been Gold for at least one month within your sponsorship goals.
The Difference Between a Referral and a Sponsee
A referral is someone who has clicked on your referral link, PyraWords, PyraMail or banner and visited PyraBang but has not signed up. A sponsee is someone who has joined PyraBang in your sponsorship group that you personally referred to PyraBang.
The Sponsorship System
PyraBang's new binary networking system rewards people in your group through a "spillover" effect. Then through sponsorship goals, PyraBang works to reward the members that contribute the most regardless of physical position.
In the below example, your first sponsee would be placed in position 1. Your sponsor brings in person "A." Position 1 and position "A" make up your "first level." The next person you bring in (you sponsor) would go into position 2 and then 3. Your sponsor then brings someone else in who winds up in position "B." The next person you sponsor would go into the next available position. Positions 2, 3, B and 4 make up your "second level." This method is automatically followed by the computer when your sponsees join PyraBang.
Our sponsorship system is multi-level. Getting 2,490 impressions of your information on our network for one penny is an exceptional value, charging $5.95 for just that with no bonuses and no comissions would be reasonable. Now consider you can do that over and over with one minor restriction, this is a no-brainer!
Once anyone has brought in just two sponsees, they must place the next in someone else's group. The sponsor does not lose out because he/she receives the same monthly income no matter what position they are in.
New sponsees are evenly distributed through 10 levels in your group. To give you an idea of the potential of being paid on 10 levels, multiply 2 x 2 x 2 ..... 10 times. The answer to that is 1024 open positions on your 10th level. Everyone is helped and motivated more by this method!
Added bonus! When Basic Members you sign up bring in members who go Gold, you'll receive an extra $2.00 bonus, plus the $0.50 monthly commission from those members too!
Bonus 1st Level Positions
You receive an additional 1st level position after every 30 members you sponsor. 30 is the total of your first four levels added together. Everyone in PyraBang rewards at least 14 members (total of first three levels) before adding a bonus 1st level position. The people in your group then chase the money that already exists in their group by meeting their own sponsorship goals.
Sponsorship Goals
This distribution of sponsees could create a "rich lazy person" effect. People could join and not bring in anyone in but still make lots of money and because of spillover. Spillover happens when a member brings in more than 2 sponsees and has to place his 3rd in someone else's group. Thanks to sponsorship goals, you do not have to push members in your group to sponsor, you just "show them the money," and they will eventually get involved.
When new members are placed in your group, you are paid on your first two levels just for being a member in good standing, with an active sponsor it could easily be enough to cover your membership dues. In order to make a substantial income however members are encouraged to just just a little bit of work.

If someone in your group has not brought anyone in and has over 20 members in the 3rd level beyond. That would be an extra $10.00 per month, just for bringing in two sponsees at $5.95, once! Eventually they might even volunteer to pay for their memberships just to access that extra cash!
You do not have to re-sponsor every month, as long as your sponsees remain Gold Members, you qualify for each of these goals. You'll be rewarded for the majority of your efforts directly or indirectly, for life!
Cancellations or Terminations
When someone leaves PyraBang, for any particular reason it will leave a "void" in your sponsorship group. If this happens then the one on that person's first level who has brought in the most sponsees of their own moves into the vacant position. That sponsee now combines his first level with the first level of the member who has cancelled or been terminated. This could produce bonus first level positions if the sum of both first levels is greater than 2.
